Yes, many products offer a live preview. If not, you may request a design proof via email before production begins.

4. How long does it take to receive my order?

Production takes approximately 5–7 business days. Shipping usually takes an additional 3–5 days, depending on your location.

5. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement. After that, production begins and changes are not possible.

6. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

Contact us within 48 hours with photos and order details. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as needed.

7. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to customization, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there’s a defect or mistake on our part.

8. What file formats do you accept for custom designs?

We accept JPG, PNG, PDF, SVG, and AI formats. Ensure your artwork is high-resolution for best print results.

9. Will the colors on my product look exactly like the screen preview?

Slight color differences may occur due to screen settings and print methods. We strive for accuracy in every print.
